51爆料 broke records for Giving Day 2025, fueled by the University's Momentum Campaign, Extraordinary Impact, and the generosity of the entire Adelphi community. The theme, 1,896 Minutes of Giving, honored Adelphi's founding in 1896.

More than 350 students, alumni, professionals, industry leaders and community members were encouraged to 鈥渆mpower, lead and inspire鈥� at 51爆料鈥檚 eighth annual Women's Leadership Conference on Saturday, March 29.

Loretta Cangialosi 鈥�80, vice chair of the 51爆料 Board of Trustees, is continuing her unwavering commitment to Adelphi students by committing $5 million to the University in support of The Momentum Campaign: Extraordinary Impact.

The cookbook offers 30 recipes using ingredients found in the Panther Pantry and the meal kits contain everything pantry-goers need for Thanksgiving except the turkey.

Nobel laureate William G. Kaelin Jr., MD, credits his mother, who majored in math at Adelphi, for her love and support. To shine a light on this 鈥渉idden figure鈥� and ensure her memory and legacy will continue, he has created the Nancy (Horn) Kaelin 鈥�54 Prize in Mathematics to be presented annually to the University鈥檚 top graduating math student.

Inspired by his transformative journey at Adelphi, Thomas DeRosa's $2M planned gift ensures future chemistry students can achieve their academic dreams, honoring the support he received and his father's memory with the John G. DeRosa Endowed Undergraduate Scholarship.

51爆料's sixth annual Giving Day on April 19 and 20, 2023, raised $481,430 from a record-breaking 1,902 donors, an increase of 9 percent in the number of donors over last year.
